v3 Defining Features
- Two Mount Designs - A 14mm and a 35mm option are available for mounting from the front or the back of the SKÅDIS board. The 14mm mount comes in at a 60% shorter height, allowing you to completely hide the mount from view in less space than the classic 35mm design.
- Minimal Sized Dovetail - The half-dovetail sits inside the width of the mount allowing the passthrough design of the 14mm mount. This also optimizes for space effiency, allowing smaller shoulders on accessories designed for Click Mount v3.
- Flush Fit Stability - Accessories sit tight against the board surface to eliminate rocking and sway.
- Integrated Lock - Printed across many layers, the subtle locking mechanism is printed in a strong orientation to prevent wear. The lock on the mount is concave, allowing accessories to be designed without a lock if desired.
- Optimized for Printing - Click Mount prints flat in a strong orientation, eliminating the need for supports. There are no tiny lines on the first layer, instead all straight lines create a solid fill and ensure a successful start to your print.
- Audible Click - Click Mount v3 slides smoothly in and out of accessories until it reaches the lock. Then a bit of resistance gives way to a satisfying sound that confirms your accessory is securely seated.
- Negative Models - Click Mount v3 introduces official negative models allowing accessories to incorporate Click Mount in minutes.

Other SKÅDIS accessories may look nice in photos but how do they perform when bumped or grabbed from? With L shaped hooks on the back of the typical accessories, nothing stops them from sliding out of the slot from real world use.
